Submission visibility on Free
How it works
On the Free plan, all submissions are stored—you never lose data. However, only the first 50 submissions per project are visible in your inbox.
- • Submissions beyond 50 are "locked" and hidden from the inbox
- • Locked submissions are excluded from Free analytics and Slack digests
- • Upgrade to Pro anytime to instantly unlock all stored submissions
Your data is safe
Even on Free, we store all submissions. Nothing is deleted. When you upgrade, every submission becomes visible instantly—no data loss, ever.
How to upgrade
Go to Billing
In SignalBoard, navigate to Settings → Billing.
Click "Upgrade to Pro"
You'll be taken to Stripe to complete payment. We support all major credit cards.
Instant access
Pro features activate immediately. All locked submissions become visible.
Billing FAQ
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
No formal trial—the Free plan is fully functional and yours forever. Upgrade to Pro when you need Pro features.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of upgrading, contact us for a full refund.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data stays safe. Submissions beyond 50 become locked again, and Pro features become unavailable. Upgrade again anytime to restore access.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is $190/year (save $38 vs monthly). Contact us to switch to annual.
