How inbox workflow works

1. New submissions arrive

Every submission lands in your inbox with status "New" and shows as unread. You'll see a count of unread items at a glance.

2. Triage and categorize

Review feedback, update status to "Triaged", add internal notes, and apply tags (Pro). The submission is marked read automatically.

3. Track progress

Move submissions to "In Progress" when working on them. Use saved views to filter by status and focus on what matters.

4. Close the loop

Mark as "Done" when resolved. Archive old submissions to keep your inbox clean. All history is preserved.
